Video help - diagnosed and lack of support so far

Hi

Does anyone have any useful links to some videos around the below topics please I can use for my kid.

He has ASC8 and is 7 years old. We have seen specialists but you know how hard it is to take everything in I was wondering if there was some content out there or some charities that have some things me and my wife can refer back to.

Diet
Sleep
Hygiene / Toileting
Speech & Language
Motor Skills

Understand if they're hard to come by but every little helps

motor skills?
i dunno i think hes too young for a drivers license yet but he can do go carting to start early on motor skills if he wants, thats how lewis hamilton did it

Hahaha very funny.

Gross motor skills involve the larger muscles in the arms, legs and torso. Its what you go visit your physiotherapist for help with balance and coordination so he can do child like things such as sports and play.
