Struggling with messaging on Whatsapp

I’ve noticed recently my anxiety becomes significantly worse after sending a message to somebody on WhatsApp until I get a reply from them (this is with several people). Has anyone else ever struggled with the increased anxiety whilst waiting for a reply and if so, how have you gone about trying to resolve this? Thanks!

  • Hi yes I’m the same when it comes to my boyfriend and it go so bad that I was constantly messaging him or calling him sometimes in the middle of the night. I am much much much better now I find crystal l healing helps and distracting myself and even using logic instead of thinking the worst I now think he safe it’s ok let’s do a puzzle or play a game and wait.
