Volunteer refresher tests

Hi, has any volunteers for NAS had problems with the recent implementation of the annual refresher tests, in

particular the GDPR test. If NAS wants to retain volunteers, this is not the way to go about it. Many are too

busy, and for those on the spectrum, the stated test gave me a 3-day meltdown. I have contacted NAS wanting to 

know who was responsible for the refresher tests, and at the moment, after many prompts for answers, any blame

is being shifted and spread over 'many departments'. This is an attempt to dilute blame and make me dispirited in

wanting to pursue it any further. I have had lots of problems in the past with hedge-hopping CEOs and opportunistic

middle-management types needing to stamp and assert themselves on any situation. And this reeks of such behaviour.

Either that. or those who designed the tests have not dry-run it and/or have no conception as to how others receive it

at the coalface.
