Why I love my cat.

When a cat decides that you are their human then simply by you existing, and allowing them to share your chair gives them very clearly communicated, simple, happiness.

Even though I'm giving him no attention, and even moving about a bit, he just starts making a contented purr, and at least 'someone' is glad that I am alive, and being my real self is enough for them...

And I always look forwards to coming home after a trip of any length...

  • I agree, I always enjoyed coming home from school to see my Fergus. He was scared of me when I was younger, and when I first moved in with him and my Grandma. But a few years later and he became my cat. For the majority of the 10 years I lived with him, he loved me more than Grandma and my uncle. He loved me giving him tummy and paw rubs/massages and he wouldn't let anyone else do that to him. Loved him so much, my big chunky boy. Cats are the best :D
