I was awake, since 5:30 am. Then, I ran several errands; including taking my Artist friend to town. Also visiting TWO Christian women, I know, while trying to space out my meals.
I found the time of the Teams group from NAS NI a clash of scheduling, for me. So, I may have to contact my Key Worker. Or, if out of hours, Lifeline.
I'm getting delirious.
