If I'm understanding you correctly your daughter has been taken by social services and you are having to fight through the courts to try to get her back. That is incredibly sad to hear and you really need help and support.

I am not clear if it is you or your daughter who is autistic or both. Are they saying they want you to learn more about autism and attend courses in order to be able to meet your daughter's needs?

Do you already have a solicitor or advocate to represent you in court? If not that is a priority.

There is a long running discussion on here about children being removed from autistic parents. There might be something in there that will be relevant to your situation.
