So my firm pays for a BUPA 24/7 help line.
A couple of weeks ago i had to have a few unscheduled days off due to deterioration in my mental state. I called this number. Apparently the thins i said sparked a letter of concern to be sent to my GP, and they wanted to see me. I went yesterday, not really expecting much, and wasnt disappointed.
All they did was chuck more pills at me. I am now on the max dose, even though i said i honestly didnt think they were doing anything.
I now rattle when i walk down the street lol.
One good thing i guess. At least they fill me up until lunch time!!!!!!!
