Do you have any idea what sort of therapist you are looking for ? I am just guessing but maybe something cognitive behavioural? You can look on the BPS website for counselling psychologists www.bps.org.uk/find-psychologist or go to the BACP site for registered psychotherapists https://www.bacp.co.uk/search/Therapists. Do you think your daughter could work with a zoom based session instead of face-to-face?
This would give you more options in the private therapist sector.
You may be able to get a referral from your GP which would save some money too I believe.
