I have been super-busy, for so long, and now feel burned out; and stressed to the marrow.
I emailed a Belfast Employee of NAS, but she's part-time.

My cleaner came, this morning. And I will rest, a bit.
I'm so sorry you are going through this. Burnout sucks eggs! Get plenty of sleep, make sure you rest when you need to and try to do things little and often. Look after yourself. If you need any support my door is always open.
