I was going to the local shop, ten minutes ago, to withdraw £200 cash. And I snapped. There was a man in front of me; talking to the shop owner. And I made a mess of my first attempt to use the PIN.

I spent all evening on Zoom; and rushed. I'll apologise, by phone, now.
