There are a lot of posts about people struggling with lack of care and support.
I would like to suggest you contact the local authority in writing if necessary and quotie the Community Care Act 2014.
Also, if once assessed and needs are identified, look at the option of Direct Payments as a way of managing and funding the care/support, if appropriate.
The Local Authority have a duty of care. Be thorough when explaining the health support needs. Raise a formal concern if neccesary.
