Stuffed up nose, crying, can't breathe!

I don't suppose anyone has any advice on how to cry without getting a blocked nose? I absolutely hate having a blocked nose and having to breathe through my mouth but it happens any time I cry so I end up getting upset about not being able to breathe as well as whatever made me cry! It's horrible!

My cat probably has cancer. I want and need to be able to cry about it, but I want to just shed tears, not snot! I might try sudafed?

  • I found out that exhaling cigarette smoke through my nose is drying it up for about an hour, and then it's blocked again. My nose is too sensitive and lot's of things triggers allergic-like reaction.

    Make sure your cat has only nice things to remember. Lot's of scratching and cuddling, and hugging.
