so f********* horrible

Basically, this resulted from me doing this today not daring to tell anyone what happened. basically today how can I say this I woke up bad mood headache still do have a headache and last night I wrote a lousy email to mrs martin Lauren and Katie just because Lauren didn't talk to me yesterday that's why me making suicide huge mistake I ended up sending the same email to guess who my social services(HANNAH) she f******** called the police I told the police what happened and now idk what I'M SUPPOSED TO DO MY FATHER SAID DO THIS AGAIN AND YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT OF HOME AND COLLEGE now I learned my mistake I will not ever send this suicide to anyone and just tell my mh team or just use my other emails idk yet . now ik what I'm supposed to be doing and not, I better go now as I got my exam tomorrow not prepared so yeah, Even my friends saw me and the police took me back to college so yeah I ended up calling my MH team and my MH team spoke with the police too . NOW I'VE LEARNED

    I’m sorry you are going through such a tough time, it’s good that you’ve let us know what’s happening/how you feel. Many people have similar thoughts when coping with so much and we hope you’re okay.  I am pleased to hear your Mental Health team are supportive for you during this time. 

       

    If you are unable to cope with the distress or despair, it’s very important to tell someone about your feelings or thoughts of suicide. Call your GP and make an urgent appointment. Your GP can make sure you get appropriate help and support.  

       

    If it’s outside your GP hours call111 to reach the NHS 111 service:

    The Samaritans also provide confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day on 116 123, or by email on jo@samaritans.org 

      

    MIND have information pages on coping with self harm or suicidal feelings based on the experiences of people who’ve been through it that you may find helpful.   

      

    If you are very close to doing something to hurt yourself - call 999 now or go to your nearest A&E department. There should be someone there to support you and make sure you get ongoing support.
