The letter said that in my local area, they have a 2y 2m backlog of referrals and that the waiting list is continually increasing. They are currently dealing with referrals from December 2019 
. I've never felt so alone with my struggles but at least I have my parents, whom I live with and food, warmth and food in my belly etc. I just want to have one calm day!
