I think i am finally back on site. Basically idk how i f*************** i can say this last month or last year i saw i started seeing my new MH team i finally got assigned a CPN(community psychiatric nurse) i have my 2nd appointment on tuesday i was wondering from all m posts someone or some of you guys could tell me what i should say aside from my s******* feelings she can only help me with idk practically everything . Yeah tbh i am also going back to college on Monday Afternoon i need to email my lecturer what i got for my exam or result assessment results for class . I am not ready to go back to college seeing my ex-friends or ex-gf/bf yeah because 3 of my friends more like bffs broke up with me because well how can i say this my stupidity and i told them about my mh so yeah now i know i will forever not change and be stuck like this . i shouldn't even be alive rn but i am so yeah . anyways plz someone tell me what to say to the CPN nextt week .
