yeah what triggered it was I knew I was getting my hair cut the next day.
Burnout generally is something that lasts for a long time and results in you being unable to do anything much. Recovery tends to be quite long and general consensus is that you just have to let the person do little to nothing to allow their body and mind time to recover. You may have head a warning that you are heading into burnout. What happened? Do you know what triggered it?
