  •  Cant you self refer for CBT to help with motivation? I tried it. First try was rubbish, but then I had ‘high intensity’ CBT and it’s helped me get a handle on my severe lack of motivation.

In your life, it seems there’s a lot to tackle. Maybe exercise is a place to start? Simple gentle walk or some stretches, that you can build upon as time goes on, and it keep your metabolism going if you are still over indulging.

if it helps your well-being, you might then feel able to tackle something else, like your sleep. Exercise can help you sleep better. Exercise helps me, along with earplugs and a weighted blanket.

Oh, and autismandadhd.org might be able to offer support. You do pay for therapy, but it is affordable, not like private healthcare.
