Pip tribunal appeal what do i do??

I’ve taken my pip to a tribunal… from this pip finally offered to give me mobility at standard rate after an informal appeal to them . However they took it off me when I was getting that because I wanted to fight it after being told I should be on more. But the problem is is that if the courts say I don’t get anything I don’t get anything and I can’t fight It anymore. I have a social support worker, I’m on daily depression medication I get picked up to go to work I’m trying to get counciling I have sensory issues. I take cupebrofen for my scoliosis. Sometimes I’m bed bound. 

What do I do please give me some advice

    I’ve decided to take the payment for now until I have someone who can sit with me and fight my case for me because me doing it myself and getting family members who don’t even live with me hasn’t and most likely wont help unless it’s an outsiders pov I can probably try again and see what my options are at a later date
