Hello, I’m seeking advice. I don’t know where to turn. My 51yo husband was diagnosed with ASD towards the end of last year. We have two pre-school age toddlers. I have many concerns in relation to family dysfunction and how it may impact the children. I cannot communicate these without emotional abusiveness towards me.. I’m feeling increasingly unwell, suffering trauma and PTSD, which is increasingly making it harder for me to effectively parent our children. They regularly see me in severe distress. My distress is completely ignored, or treated contemptuously.
Im struggling to access any appropriate support and understanding.
