if this is normal or not

The new semester has started after I graduated last year and as of now everything seems so fake to me. I know the last year has happened but it doesn't feel like it. I wonder if it's something more or if it's just the adjustment.

Normally I wouldn't be concerned but I've also felt as if I'm not real either. In the past it's happened rarely like once or twice and was for a short amount of time (also it happened spontaneously), but now it's happening frequently where I think I'm not real. This might however be due to people comparing me to them, even the said person saying that I act just like them (older relitive so they don't mind).

I thought these were just due to isolation but when I went into school the feelings didn't go away, but I'm starting in a new school with no friends so i don't know how much school would help.

Can anyone relate to this? I've looked online before and can't find anything.

    people comparing me to them

same symptoms rarely coincides with same causes

    why does it bother you?

we like to imagine things, it often goes beyond reason, when it feels like it's real

e.g. I sometimes joke I'm invisible, when everyone ignores me, and if it persists I begin to feel like it's true, and then someone notice me and magic is gone, what would I give for being invisible
