Am I really defiant? I don't mean to sound like that I have Oppositional Defiant disorder, but I am against authority, but only if authorities are wrong.

Not if you're asking. But you may need to learn techniques to inquire if another is stating a boundary and asking for respect, if they weren't looking to have a dialogue, if there's a loss in translation/communication and/or how to help another understand your motive.
If what they are asking is unreasonable, this is one thing. If they are using the word defiant to mean something else. If they aren't as analytic as you. If they get irritated by analysis easily. If they feel shut down when you're confused.
You'd do good to read more philosophy, starting with a little Plato and maybe jumping forward to a bit of Nietzsche and Foucault and so on hearing they're "appreciation" as it were for various authorities.
:D practical side of life eludes me sometimes
you're right, showing defiance facing authorities will most likely be taken badly
