Most scholar articles point out that Delusional Disorder is very rare, but I don't think that it's necessarily true, and I don't think that it's a disorder on its own, because there are many disorders that cause delusions.

Does it matter if it is rare or isn't?
I would rather be bothered about if it is disorder or isn't
if it isn't why is it called co?
I think it's closer to the truth to say, everyone every now and then is delusional
of course some people might not like being called delusional
but if they believe in it than that is the truth
and if they don't believe in it than they simply have vivid imagination and shouldn't be called delusional, or with delusional disorder
