I have audio and visual hallucinations, insomnia and disassociation as well. The more anxious I get and the more tired, the worse they get and the harder it is to recognise what is real and what isn’t; I’ve had to make an agreement with myself that I won’t phone the police if I see anything because in the past I’ve thought I’ve seen people breaking in to places or damaging cars (and other more random things) and they’ve turned out to be hallucinations but were very realistic.
I’ve had this for years but only been diagnosed with ASD in the last few months.
