Voice in the dark (possible TW)

Luna

I had a tough night. I woke in early hours I think at nearly 2, could hear something/someone and initially thought someone was burgling me. I listen and the sound is getting closer. Heart is thumping in my chest. And then this voice goes "Luuuuuuuuna" The voice sounds soft, almost sweet but there's a coldness to it which sends chills all through my body. I've heard her before and she's horrible. Makes me wish that it really was burglar's than her.

I spent the next three hours trying to ignore her. She was relentless. Just kept whispering to me. I made a cup of tea and out of nowhere she goes "Pour it on your hand Luna" 

All in all a long and tough night that felt like it would never end.

Can't believe I got through it.

    It is scary but hear her and others a lot so used to it now. I called my mental health team and spoke to Keri, she didn't really care but it helped to talk to someone for five.

    So far the morning has been good.

    Mental Health Services, even here in Northern Ireland, have gone to the Dogs.

    My Artist Friend thought he had an appointment this morning to see the Crisis Support Team in Magherafelt. I called the main line, for Crisis support, in Antrim. Was pushed from pillar to post. Turned out that he had no appointment. He must have put down the wrong date on his calendar.

    Anyway, I thanked him for the past two days - with him - and headed back home.

    Hope you're okay Luna? Apologies for the rant. Be good to yourself. Thoughts can't hurt you. Don't let the Demons win.

    I hope your ok Desmond. I'm sorry they aren't good where you are . Sounds as if they are bad all over at the moment. 

    You keep those demons at bay as well.
