Hi Desmond, so sorry to here about your online BFF Buddy. I know first hand how it is loose a freind suddenly like that and the kind of guilt that comes with it. I found that the most conforting thing to do was to write about all the wonderful memories I had of that person, little things that they said or did or how their presence in made life better/more significant. Things that they helped me to realise/understand better about myself. That way I could process the impact of why I felt so strongly after they passed and let go of the guilt. Of course everyone greaves differently but thought I would share this incase it helped in some way.
