Anxiety

Does anyone else here have anxiety? How do you cope with it? I have anxiety and it's got really bad in the last three years. My room is my safe place and I try to never leave it unless I absolutely have to because crazily even being out of my room for more than a few seconds makes me so anxious. Can't cope with it. So stressful. I haven't left the house in years don't go in the garden anymore which is a shame as I use to play sport but not now. My anxiety causes me a lot of physical things like aches all over my body specifically my tummy, sides and chest. Also get an upset tummy a lot and really bad headaches. Mostly I just draw all day. Listen music and watch stuff, but even when I'm doing that I still feel really anxious and scared all the time. It's got to a point where I'm anxious but I don't even know why.

  • at that point go make something to eat. food is great mood improver. just don't bing eat. I try to buy foods that would serve that purpose and be good for you, So I have a bowl full of nuts and raisins on my desk all the time instead of crisps or chocolate bars, squeeze out lemon into water instead of pouring squash for flavour. etc
