Paranoia in ASD

I suspect that my paranoia is a common condition in other ASD people.

I suspect that paranoia makes me behave badly to the Universe.

if I presume wrongdoing done or ill-wishes towards me then  I am likely to wish reciprocal I’ll-will.

  • The difference between paranoia and trauma is in lived experience.

A paranoid individual is constantly projecting How they see the world on to others and typically assuming ill-intent.

Someone with trauma has experienced (typically) repeated instances of being hurt, never being afforded room or help for that wound to heal.

It may be good to take time to explore ways to heal from the hurt you've been dealt... x
