Poorly

I’m sorry. I absolutely cannot bear hospitals - I spent about 4 months in hospital as a child and I’ve hated them ever since. Then last year I was seriously ill and had to spend 3 weeks in hospital and I now have ptsd as a result - hospitals are not at all autism friendly in my experience. Horrible lights, horrible smells, loads of people who intrude on your space, loads of other patients behaving unpredictably,horrible treatments and atmosphere, lack of control over what’s happening to you, horrible noises, horrible colours, horrible machines and textures. I cannot bear those places. In the last few months I’ve almost thought I’d rather die than go back! Although in reality I realise I might not make that choice if it came to it. MIGHT not!
