Most of them are condescending and patronising - they boss you around and think pills are the solution to all your troubles

  • Mental Health professionals have always dealt with MH problems / issues by strongly encouraging clients to be motivated to do things themselves 

    You NEED to request in the correct way (don’t list you have MH issues as primary…your primary problems / Issues are solely from your ASD then request your ASD social work team to undertake a “Autism care assessment” to identify your ASD needs
