Hey there,

Just wondered if anybody within the forum had any help or advice, or heard of a “Specialist OT Referral”

I have been recommended to have one by a clinician but can’t seem to get one from my GP, and I can’t find much information on a “Specialist OT”.

While we don't have much information here on the NAS site about occupational therapists, the NHS page on the subject is here - https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/occupational-therapy/ - which recommends asking for a referral from your GP (which I understand you've tried), contacting your local council to see if they can help, or searching the online register of occupational therapists they link to, if paying for one privately is an option available to you.
