Clumsiness

I have had a very clumsy couple of days. I know it’s because I’m tired at the moment, but there has definitely been an increase in my clumsiness over the weekend. In many ways I’m becoming more forgiving of myself, but I cannot seem to give myself the same patience when it come to me being clumsy- I don’t really know why. It has been very frustrating all in all.

Does anyone else find themselves in a similar position?

  • What do you mean by clumsy I trip over things all the time.

I've got diplopia (double vision), i have to keep closing one eye to get rid of it. I trip because i either don't see things on the floor, or a do see them, but they're  not quite where i thought they were. I've also got hypothyroidism, the thyroids effect everything from head to toe, including my vision. My main trouble at the moment is CKD, again probably related to the thyroids. Going back when i first went to my Gp, 'cos i was so tired all the time, i said to him i feel like i'm walking like a drunk.

  • I suffer with this when I’m overwhelmed with something not related to my clumsy tasks

  • I was always clumsy. Whenever I used to get the train from Portadown to Dublin, I regularly went to the diner carriage and I walked like a drunk. Also, a few times in public transport, I got travel-sick.
