Today, I had a phone call from my daughters school explaining how she has been seeing and hearing a 'man', who is nasty and scares her. Apparently, the 'man' k!lls the family and pets infront of her, threatens her, tells her to do dangerous and risky things. This is all they have managed to get out of her and its a lot. She tried absconding from school because of the 'man'.
I'm taking her to the doctors tomorrow. I honestly feel like a terrible mother because years ago she said she could see her grave and her horse being killed. We did get CAMHS involved and many other services but none did anything. She was sectioned under the mental health act a year ago and they said the reason she is seeing things is because of stress. She said it comes and goes whenever 'he' pleases.
Any ideas what could cause this. Its been around 4 years and she's still struggling but won't see or talk to anyone because they don't do anything.
