I'm always depressed

Since it's been a while since I've been like this, I'm afraid to drive home from work because I'm so tired and don't want to crash because I can't sleep well. It seems like it's more a case of things in my life getting on top of me and exhausting me further.

It seems like this is more of an ad issue than anything else. I've tried to be more relaxed, but I'm anxious most of the time, so it's difficult for me to do so, and I'm open to any advice you might have

  • All I can suggest is increasing your ‘me’ time. Perhaps you need to absorb yourself in something that interest you, to take your mind off your current situation.

As for sleep, sleep when you can, even it isn’t at night.

Exercise can and does help life the mood. If you can motivate yourself to do even 10 minutes, it’ll be worth it.
