My Key Worker has been on Sick Leave since the end of Annual Leave. They say, "Call whoever's covering!" then end up saying, later, that whoever's covering only deals with emergency cases. (Buck Passing even exists here in Northern Ireland)
However, I am keeping my head straight. The purchase of the home, to let, I bought should complete by close of office today. And, by this time next Friday, I should have a tenant; properly vetted by the Estate Agent. So far, over FORTY enquiries for the property. And, with rent on the rise, I might get better value.
Getting that house, last November, was like the scene in Bohemian Rhapsody where Freddie kept Roger Taylor to raise the pitch of his 'Gallaleo'. I wanted higher, and got it. It's going well.
Again, we can't just sit back and wait for experts. We have to take the bull by the horns at times.
