The war..

Seems to be likely in a good proportion of autistic people. My daughter is feeling anxiety on that account this morning. I'm concerned, but not anxious as such.

My son  was concerned too before he went to school and when he realised what has happened today is worried about war 

It is hard when you don't know, like it was when Covid arrived. It's difficult to help a naturally anxious child when we don't know what will happen.

Personally since Covid I have begun to try to switch off the unknown. In case something were to happen I try to find things to enjoy now.
