Anxiety

Hi,

I have been having anxiety since early January and sometimes it seems manageable and other times it doesn't. My anxiety kind of lingers almost every day. It often goes up and down.

I also been feeling nauseous, been having headaches and having some days trouble sleeping and it isn't a nice time for me at the moment. Some days it is impossible for me to eat too. I often have a loss of appetite too and often feel guilt for no reason. Almost every day I am fatigued too.

Does anyone else relate to this and what I'm feeling?

  • I am like this very much too. Your not alone.

    Been like this for years.

    Maybe you are anemic ?

I am getting tested for this too, go your doctors and ask for a blood test to find if you are anemic, my sister is anemic. , sorry i can not give my results or further information, i should get my tests in tomorrow.  but here is a little list from the web .

Anemia is a condition in which you lack enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to your body's tissues. Having anemia, also referred to as low hemoglobin, can make you feel tired and weak. There are many forms of anemia, each with its own cause.

hope it helps you. good luck and wishes
