Hi it's Emily, I just wanted to let you know I'm okay and I'm sorry for not being here. I'm in hospital at the moment, I'm ok just recovering. I hope to be home again mid week maybe tomorrow if I'm lucky. 

I hope your all doing well? I can't wait to engage with you on the posts again. It looks like I have lots of new posts to read :)
