I had to deal with the local Credit Union being unable to print out the PDFs I requested by email; and the woman in charge of emails starting a two-week break. Then, my Dishwasher went belly-up. My cleaner ran late, as her son's car needed to be fixed, and rushing to Cookstown Library, and back for a set appointment. Then, my Asda delivery arrived just whenever I returned home; half an hour ahead of schedule.
I feel numb. And I'm dosed. There's another Lockdown planned, by the Swine, but I may still have to self-isolate due to my - regular - cold.
But I have plenty of Vitamin C to keep me going.
hello
I'm not so bad with sleepwalking. However, my brother said that I shout out quite a bit; while asleep. I didn't notice that, myself, until recently.
Happens to me too sometimes 18h of sleep, but now without job it's 11h usually
problem is getting hungry when you take long sleep, I sleepwalk to fridge and eat something often
Seventeen hours of sleep last night, from 7:30 pm to 12:30 pm.
Needed every last second of it.
indeed
though it makes a tremendous difference if you are hearing voices when it's delivered

and that is where it can lead you unawares
Whenever Dystopia exists, so does Grace.
I feel for you. I had days like that in the past as well. Most important is that you've made it and that you're still optimistic
Thats how the majority of us on the spectrum feel half the time if I knew why I wouldn't be here
