Hello, I'm new here. I have just started the (long) process of getting diagnosed, but before my GP refers me to be assessed for autism she wants me to do a mental health assessment. The appointment is tomorrow and I'm a little nervous. I'm not sure what's going to be talked about or anything, so if anyone here has been through a similar thing I would really appreciate if you could explain to me what happens during the appointment.
