Yesterday, I heard that a woman from North Belfast - with Mental issues - stabbed her baby son to death; and her two-year-old daughter is in Intensive Care.
Throughout this evening, I have disassociated. Also, I had a throbbing headache all day.
I looked up Disassociation, and the NHS site mentioned stress, eating disorders and PTSD. That makes me feel that I have disassociation.
It didn't help that I switched to a more expensive Giffgaff Goodybag; for data reasons. I flipped the lid.
I would get tested as it could be iron or something too - but it's not safe to take some stuff without a doctor's advice.

This is horrifying...! That poor woman. She'll be stuck with the regret of this for life. :(
I would seek help!! These symptoms can be from various other things as well.
D?
Possibly. I had Vitamin D3 tablets; which I ordered last Christmas from Holland and Barrett. I must go back to taking them.
Maybe you are low on a vitamin that coco pops have added to them - have you had blood tests recently?

Basically, having multiple personalities; combined with additional stress, PTSD and Eating Disorders. Since being at the food bank on Monday, I impulsively ate bowl after bowl of Coco Pops.
Can you explain what it's like to disassociate? I've never really understood it. I used to daydream as a child - is that similar?
