My 14 years old is very high level of anxiety and OCD he keeps washing his hands and feet frequently all day if he is at home and after school in school days. I’m so worried about him I don’t know what to do.

You should seek advice from your GP. As someone who suffers from OCD I manage mine by medication and therapy to find new healthy coping mechanisms, also the support of my mum and partner really helps as they try be understanding that I can’t help it.
