I have for as long as I can remember struggled with my concentration and I loss interest in things I like quite quickly. It's normally all or nothing, then I move on to the next thing. I've been referred to the autism and adhd team. Anyone else suffering with this? is it autism or more likely adhd? I'm high functioning apparently but this is stopping me from functioning. I want to move on and do better things with my life but this really stops me. The anxiety doesn't help either. Any tips would help massively
