I thought I would introduce myself first as I'm new to this forum. I started a community interest company about 18 months ago with the sole objective of helping youngsters with autims / AS get into paid work. Things have been going really well recently and we have some volunteers and some paid staff who act as counsellors, assessors, advoacates and job coaches. The trustees would like to attract others who might like to volunteer in various roles in our endeavor. This could be becoming a trustee, taking on a project, doing some supporting work with our young people or anything else they feel confident in tackling.
