My name is Kieran and I'm in my mid thirties, just been diagnosed with Autism a few week's back.

Been wrongly diagnosed with Dyslexia just before my early teens party because Autism was little known in those days. Taken two years to get my rightful diagnoses (may be slightly less) and a lot of chasing of medical practitioners and professionals. :)

    I was diagnosed a couple of weeks ago too.  It took a couple of years for me to finally get the assessment. Thanks to advice from NAS for finally getting it! :-)

    How are you feeling about your diagnosis?  I find myself thinking about it a lot and I haven't 'come out' to a lot of peeps yet.
