I'm new to hear too and your heading stood out to me as that's how I feel at times! My 4 year old son has also recently been diagnosed too. I found him a lot more calmer at home in his own environment then when we are out.
What is your son doing at home that you find difficult?
Im in no expert and some days I find myself totally winging it!
