hi I'm a mum with an adult son with aspergers and a daughter young adult with autism and adhd.....we're looking for support groups or other families to meet up with ...we have kept ourselves to ourselves over the years but now I feel that I'm struggling...and really need the help and support from other people.....just thought I would stop by and say hello x

Have a good look around at some of the other threads - particularly in the Parents and Carers forum. There are a lot of people on here in a similar situation to yours.
I don't know if you've checked out the Autism Services Directory, but there may be groups or services in your area that can help. It's here:
