hi I'm a mum with an adult son with aspergers and a daughter young adult with autism and adhd.....we're looking for support groups or other families to meet up with ...we have kept ourselves to ourselves over the years but now I feel that I'm struggling...and really need the help and support from other people.....just thought I would stop by and say hello x

www.autismdirectory.org.uk This includes services such as: support groups, social groups, advocacy, befriending, residential settings, outreach and respite.
