Hi i am new to the forum so just wanted to introduce myself.. I am nanny to Keira who is about to turn five and has autism.. I dont live to close to her so only see her about once a fortnight. I am looking for any help on understanding autism and with being able to  communicate  with her, Keira hasnt ever spoken a work...
