Hi I am a 42 year old male living in South Wales, near Swansea. I am a 3D Graphic Artist and work in engineering. I have just been diagnosed with ASD (Aspbergers) and would like to get in touch with similar people. Hopefully I will make new friends.

Hi so you live near swansea do same here I go to a few groups you might be interested in 1 asdes it stands for autistic spectrum disorder employment support they hold monthly social sessions some of us work and some don't but if your interested look on their website, another group is up in tonna hospital neath but you have to be refured to Pamela Kelly shes an asd specialist nurse and works with adults that have been just diagnosed with asd if your interested go speak to your gp or I can give, you her number and you can refer yourself. There is also a youth group called the enabled project and they work with young adults aged 14-25 with mixed needs autism down syndrome wheelchair userd etc and they really need volunteers. The cool thing is with enabled some of the paid staff have mixed needs as well which I think is great because you can use what you've got to help others like you in a way.
