 Hi, Craig here from Newcastle.   I'm 31 years old and recently found myself suffering with autism aswell as add.   I'm on list for adhd.   On no meds. I'm getting worse it's feels like I'm locked in a small room 24/7 even when I'm outside.  Social anxiety is really bad

    You say you "found" yourself suffering with autism. Could you explain what you mean?  Have you been diagnosed by a health Professional? Have you diagnosed yourself? (I'm just curious - you're welcome on here whatever, by the way).  Have you taken an AQ test and if so what score did you get? 

    Medication helps some Autistics, but not all, same thing with counselling, but you should discuss these options with a GP if you haven't done this already. 

    What is your living accommodation like? Do you work and if so what do you do?  Is there anything which seems to worsen your anxiety, or make it a little better?
